Rapid population growth has driven an increased demand for vertical housing, specifically in the form of simple rental apartment buildings (*Rusunawa*). This final project research aims to design the superstructure of a five-story *Rusunawa* building located on Jalan Lingkar Ngurangan–Purwodadi, Grobogan Regency. The evaluation and design processes were conducted to ensure the safety of structural components against combined gravity and dynamic seismic loads. The design methodology adheres to SNI 1726:2019 for seismic resistance planning procedures and SNI 2847:2019 for structural concrete requirements. Three-dimensional (3D) structural analysis and modeling were performed using the SAP2000 v.14 software, based on the finite element method. Analysis results indicate that the designed structural element dimensions satisfy serviceability limits and permissible load capacities. The final specifications for structural component dimensions are as follows: Tie Beam 1 (TB.1) 30 x 50 cm, Tie Beam 2 (TB.2) 25 x 40 cm, Main Beam (B1) 30 x 50 cm, Secondary Beam (B2) 25 x 40 cm, Main Column (K1) 60 x 60 cm, and Secondary Column (K2) 40 x 40 cm. Based on the evaluation of cross-sectional capacity and reinforcement ratios, all structural elements were deemed safe and robust, meeting the structural performance criteria mandated by applicable national standards.
