Abstract

The construction of transportation facilities such as toll roads is one of the accesses to accelerate and facilitate traffic flow. Limitations of toll road infrastructure development based on Law No. 38 of 2004 concerning Roads states that what is meant by "Toll Roads are public roads that are part of the road network system and as a rationale whose users are required to pay Tolls. The construction of toll roads must pay attention to Law No. 18 of 1999 concerning Construction Services, Law No. 38 of 2004 concerning Roads, PP No. 29 of 2000 concerning the Implementation of Construction Services, PP No. 34 of 2006 concerning Roads, and Presidential Decree No 80 of 2003 concerning Guidelines for the Implementation of Government Procurement of Goods and Services, and other technical regulations directly related to the implementation of toll road construction. The Solo - Yogyakarta - NYIA Kulon Progo Toll Road Development Project is a National Strategic Project (PSN) which has a length of 96.57 KM and is divided into 3 work sections, namely Section 1 Banyudono - Klaten, Section 2 Klaten - Purwomantani, Section 3 Purwomantani - Kulon Progo. This project aims to improve accessibility to NYIA Kulon Progo. This toll road is planned to operate in December 2024. Rigid pavement or rigid pavement is a type of road pavement that uses concrete as the main material, the pavement is one type of road pavement and flexible pavement (asphalt). The advantage of rigid pavement itself compared to flexible pavement (asphalt) is how the load distribution is channeled to the subgrade. The structure and components in rigid pavement work that must be considered are divided into 3 parts, namely: Concrete slab, Subbase and base, and Subgrade.
