Semarang City, Central Java Province, based on data from the Semarang City Central Statistics Agency in 2022, recorded a population of 1,653,524 people divided into 16 sub-districts and 177 villages. Semarang City has a total area of 373.7 km² and a population density of 4,425 people/km² with an average population growth rate in the 2020-2022 period of 1.37%. Along with the increasing population growth in the field of high economic stability, it has a major impact on the level of community life and economic development in general in Indonesia, and especially in Semarang City. So that there is an increase in lifestyle patterns in the community environment with increasing human needs and diverse needs. This specialty can be an attraction and visitors to almost all sub-districts of Semarang City, even outside Semarang City. The existence of a shopping center in an area is expected to grow the area into a business area and can increase the value of the surrounding land. Semarang City is a commercial city, there are many trade centers both local and national which have very good trade turnover, the existence of business centers in several areas of Semarang City affects the social and economic aspects of the surrounding population. Implementation of column and plate casting for the DP Mall Semarang expansion project, using reinforcing steel is threaded reinforcement of BJTD-40 quality, in accordance with SII 0136-19. By using building planning regulations guided by the SNI 1727: 2019 and SNI 1726: 2019 standards and SNI 2847: 2019. Casting using ready mix with concrete quality in accordance with the specified plan. The results of the casting quality are proven by the results of test objects from the specified laboratory.
