Abstract

The existence of a shopping center in an area is expected to grow the area into a business area and can increase the value of the surrounding land. Semarang City is a commercial city, there are many trade centers both local and national which have very good trade turnover, the existence of business centers in several areas of Semarang City affects the social and economic aspects of the surrounding population.
