The plan to move the capital city in East Kalimantan with government buildings, which is a leap in the nation's transformation towards Advanced Indonesia. The construction of IKN Nusantara carries the concept of the Future Smart Forest City of Indonesia while still paying attention to aspects of the surrounding environment and the representation of a superior nation by realizing a smart city a modern sustainable city that has international standards. The work of the shell and blades of the wings of the Garuda bird. The work uses a steel frame, copper shell, brass, galvalum and glass. Copper and brass, these materials will later undergo an oxidation process so that slowly but surely they will change color to ripe tosca green. These materials have been proven in relics of the past which are building construction materials, made of weather-resistant steel and finally stop with a reddish color similar to copper, while the wing blades on the garuda use brush and steel materials that are very resistant to natural conditions and the original shape of the garuda blade is not painted at all. The garuda wing blades are made in a box model, this makes it easy to install and arrange the shell and wing blades. The garuda bird was chosen with the right design, because it is closely related to the Indonesian nation with various differences, cross-views, diversity of customs, cultures, and behaviors as well as differences in beliefs and religions. Garuda is a symbol of unity and also the State Emblem of Bhineka Tunggal Ika, symbolically and contains the language of beauty, hospitality, shade, independence, beauty and authority as a nation.
